Returns and Exchanges
We accept requests for exchange of regular items not later than 5 business days from the receipt of orders. Only item/s in its original condition will be accepted.
We only accept valid reasons for the request such as, receiving damaged item (which is unlikely to happen!) or size exchange. If the correct size of your original order is not available, exchange with other style/s will be allowed. We are unable to accommodate refund requests at the moment so kindly review your orders before checkout.
Our returns and exchanges policy is not applicable to final sale items.
We will only accept items with tags still intact.
If you wish to return your item, you may send us an email at email@example.com with the subject, Return Request Order Number xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Please provide the following details: Full Name, Item to Return, Reason for Return. Do remember that we only accept valid reasons stated above.
We will do our best to get back to your request right away. Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process exchange requests as we'll have to double check and make adjustments with our inventory.
