I found something I like and I'm ready to shop! How can I place an order?
Great! You may browse our available pieces through our website at lolaanddaisies.com. Just choose your item/s, click Add to Cart, then click Checkout. Review your Shopping Cart then choose your preferred Shipping and Payment Option. Fill out the Customer Info and Delivery Details Form, then click Place Order. It's that easy! Don't forget to check your inbox for the details and messages regarding your order.

I don't know which size should I order!
Our size chart/guide is available on each of our product page. If you're unsure of your size, you may shoot us a message and we'll help you choose the best size for you. 

What are your modes of payment? 
We accept payments through BDO Cash Deposit/Online Fund Transfer and PayPal. Payment details are given upon placing an order. You may check our Payment Methods page for more details.

How will you ship my order and when will I receive my order?
We begin shipping once we have confirmed your payment and order. We offer standard shipping via Ninja Van. Shipping nationwide costs 100 php and takes 1-3 business days delivery within Metro Manila, while provincial shipping takes 1-5 business days. Please take note that we cannot guarantee on time deliveries from our partner courier. For other shipping concerns, you may check our Shipping page or leave us a message and we'll look into it ASAP.

Oh no! I got the wrong size! Do you accept returns and exchanges? 
We totally understand this. Yes, we allow returns and exchanges for regular items provided that the item must be returned within 5 business days upon receiving and the item must be in its original condition. Sorry, but we don't do refunds! You may visit our Return Policy page for more details regarding returns and exchanges. Please take note that we do not have the same policy for SALE items. All sale purchases are considered final. 

Do you accept made to order sizes or pieces?
Sorry, but we do not made to order pieces as of the moment.

Bummer! The item I wished to purchase is already sold out.
We are sorry! Stocks run fast for some of our items but don't fret. Leave us your email so we can message you just in case they're back in stock. 

I want to see your pieces! Do you have a pop up store? 
Yes, we do! Come through our popups at Retail Lab, 2/F Power Plant Mall and at POP by Retail Lab, 2/F Glorietta 3. Please do know that stocks online and in stores may vary. We also join bazaars and events! Just follow us on Instagram (@lola_daisies) to stay updated with our pop up schedule. 

Do you do collaborations or allow pullouts?
