Shipping of orders are scheduled approx. 2-3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Please expect an extended processing period for paid orders during sale or upon release of new arrivals. A shipping confirmation message will be sent via email that includes the tracking number of your package and its link to our courier's website. "Shipping" status means your order has been processed on our end, while "Shipped" status means we have confirmed your package's arrival at our courier's sorting hub. For your reference, your tracking information is provided along with the email that says "shipped". Lead time for the packages' delivery may vary from 1-3 business days nationwide. Please take note that we are not in any way liable for delays and other delivery related issues once orders have been released from us.
